Our Story
A Family Kitchen for the Neighborhood
Big Fish was born right here in San Jose. In our kitchen: three master chefs, each with over 30 years at the wok — with one goal: serve the best Chinese food in the neighborhood, at prices every family can afford.
Alongside the classics — General Tso's chicken, honey walnut prawns, Peking spare ribs, moo shu — we're proud to serve Korean-Chinese specialties (중화요리) like jajangmyeon, jjamppong and tangsuyuk, plus hand-made dumplings, xiao long bao and pan-fried pork buns.
